About Us 

The Georgia Dance Coaches Association (GDCA) seeks to promote, develop and support dance, dance coaches and dance athletes in the state of Georgia. GDCA also focuses on advancing dance as a sport through the understanding of safety and technical skills and continued development of a working relationship with the Georgia High School Association (GHSA). The purpose of the GDCA is to educate dance team coaches in the state of Georgia so as to improve their skills and technique in working with dancers, both spirit teams and competitive teams. The GDCA acts as a unifying voice for dance coaches across the state to advance the sport of dance teams.
